RENEWING FAMILY MEMBERSHIP 2023/24

A Family Membership includes all immediate, dependent members of a family aged 5 to 17 year of age. (Up to 2 adult parent/guardians and dependent minors). Children 17 and under as at 30 September must be part of a family membership with at least one parent/guardian over 18 years old.

Quick steps for Renewing a Family:

  1. Log in to your Members portal 
  2. Under the Memberships tab, select Family
  3. Click – Renew Memberships
  4. Check all boxes for all members to be renewed
  5. Check the Declaration Box
  6. Click Submit button
  7. Follow Prompts for making the membership payment
  8. Submit

All members over the age of 18 must have a valid WWCChttps://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/

RENEWING INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP 2023/24

An individual membership is for people aged 18 and over as at 30 September.

Quick steps for Renewing an Individual:

  1. Log in to your Members portal 
  2. Under the Memberships tab, select Renewals
  3. Select Renew
  4. Check the Declaration Boxes
  5. Click Submit button
  6. Follow Prompts for making the membership payment and submit

CLUB TRANSFER

If you wish to transfer your membership to Mordialloc Life Saving Club from another club in Australia this can be done via SLSA’s Members Area (your portal account)

Have you changed your email address or any other personal details?

Many families find that only one partner is receiving club communications. This happens when there is only one email address which has been used for all family members. You can change this or other details in the following ways:

  1. Log into your https://members.sls.com.au/SLSA_Online/modules/login/index.php

If you are changing details in your own record, go to Step 2.

  1. Under the Membership tab, select Update Personal Details.

If you are changing details for another family member, go to Step 3.

  1. Under the Membership tab, select Family
  2. Then select View/Edit
  3. Select Edit for the family member you wish to change.

It’s possible that you may not be able to make changes to your partner’s record. There are two options in this case:

  1. Your partner can set up their own Members’ Portal Access by following the prompts hereOR
  2. Send the changes you wish to make to Email MLSC
