Joining or Renewing for Season 2011/2012

There are several ways you can join up or renew your membership. Just choose the option that best suits you…

 

Download a membership form here and bring it with you on registration day or send it to our Membership Registrar at PO Box 5293, Mordialloc 3195

Online applications & renewals can be made through the Lifesaving Online website. If you have already registered with Lifesaving Online, simply login and follow the prompts to renew your membership. If you have not registered with Lifesaving Online previously, start with the ‘Create account‘ screen and follow the prompts, making sure you choose ‘Mordialloc’ as the club you wish to join. You will need a current email account to be able to use this method of membership application.

Membership fees are as follows:
Family Membership (includes children up to 18 years) $165
Individual Membership (13 years of age & over) $85

Membership is not complete until Memberhsip fees have been received by the club. The club has several payment options including cash, cheque, EFT and credit card.

Please note that Life Saving Victoria require all members aged 18 years or older must have a Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Existing members should note that their membership must be renewed annually to remain active. The financial year for membership runs from 1st July to 30th June each year.
